Customers will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable license to use the material provided, not a transfer of title, and under this license, customers may not:

2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. use the material for any private non-commercial display;
4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the materials provided, including any software contained on this website; or
5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials provided.

TERMINATION

This license shall automatically terminate if customers violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ACIOTA™ at any time. Furthermore:

1. Upon termination for breach of the terms above, the customer must destroy any materials provided whether in electronic or printed format.
